TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Purchase are based on first come, first serve basis.
2. If buyers wishes to cancel their orders but must inform us beforehand lest any dispute.
3. All prices are fixed, so strictly no price bargaining.
4. Invoice will be emailed once orders are confirmed.
5. Reservations are only allowed for two days, unless a valid reason is given.
6. We do not accept trades or swap of any forms.
7. We do not offer COD (Cash On Delivery)
8. All items sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
9. Once payment is made, buyers should attach a copy of the receipt.
10. No back out buyers after payment is made.
11. We will send out the item only upon full payment is received.
12. For pre-order 100% refund is given incase item is out of stock.
13. Please be aware that you are buying at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for any loss or damages to goods incurred during postage/handling via POS LAJU or defects on items.
14. We reserve the rights not to serve customers who do not bother to address the Terms and Conditions stated.
15. SPECIAL NOTICE: If customers could not meet the delivery and unable to collect the parcel at the stated pos laju office within one week from delivery date, item will be send back to us. A re-post request will then be arrange (only once). Do note that re-shipping cost will be doubled and it will take longer to process. The re-shipping cost will be borne 100% by the customers.
